Black Shattering Blast, Blazing Dragon Obliteration is a Black Lancer technique used by Yongbi. It is also a more powerful variant of the Black Lancers Seven Chained Moves, Black Shattering Blast technique.[1] It appears that this technique was created solely to be used against Okcheonbi, the Grand Prelate of the Asura Blood Sect, since Yongbi mentioned he was saving it for him.[2]
The user first draws their spear back, while channeling a tremendous amount of ki that swirls around the spear before rapidly thrusting forward, releasing four powerful strikes that obliterates a large area around the points of impact. Then the force of the attack continues to amplify, utterly disintegrating everything in its range. The sheer power of the technique is so high that it was able to annihilate a vast area and carve a massive hole in the ground.[2] The user is also capable of unleashing a single powerful strike.[3]
