Chapter 24: As the warriors of the Secret Sword School surround Yuk Jingang, they are suddenly beset with a barrage of arrows, wiping out a number of them. Lord Moonjoo inquires on the source of the attack before noticing a fleet of ships carrying the Grand General's forces emerging from the fog. At that, the Grand General tells Lord Moonjoo that the latter had misunderstood the situation but states that he will be punished for baring hostilities towards him. However, the Grand General gives Lord Moonjoo a chance to fight for his survival, adding he will not be harmed while on the outpost but promises that he will be hunted down in time.
Lord Moonjoo then takes out a sphere and guarantees vengeance before hurling the sphere at the ground, setting off a massive explosion that gives Lord Moonjoo the chance to escape with his subordinates. After the dust settles, it is revealed that half of the outpost was annihilated by the explosion but Yuk Jingang is unharmed. His forces chase after the members of Secret Sword School while he rebukes two of his men for interfering in the meeting.
Elsewhere, Yongbi lies in total darkness in a house and experience visions of his dead Black Lancer comrades. In the vision, the members of the Black Lancers criticize Yongbi for bringing death wherever he goes and accuses him of being a man who would sacrifice his comrades just to save himself. As the members rages at him, Elder Muk opens the door to the house and the light washes the vision away. After a comedic exchange, Elder Muk provides Yongbi with a map containing the information the latter asked for. Their ensuing conversation reveals that Yongbi has strong suspicions on the identity of the commissioner for the Secret Sword School.
