Chapter 6: In the dungeon, Biryong goes on a rampage in an attempt to free himself. After being freed at Hong Ye-Mong's orders, Biryong starts tracking down Yongbi by smell. Elsewhere, Yongbi frees himself from his shackles having swiped the keys earlier and heads off to find Biryong. While narrowly avoiding two of Hong Ye-Mong's aides, Yongbi accidentally lets out a pungent fart but the two women pretends not to notice and enters Hong Ye-Mong's chamber. Overhearing their conversation, Yongbi learns that the boy, Yul Mugi, had left with Goo Hwi to Mt. Gwe-Heung where the Black Snake's headquarters is located and becomes extremely excited at the potential billions of gold that Yul Mugi and the golden medallion can bring, unaware that he is being coaxed. Biryong then finds Yongbi and they both leave upon hearing about their execution.
Outside, the Red Bloods pretend to be deceived by Yongbi's shoddy decoy as he happily swims away on the opposite side of the island. Hong Ye-Mong reveals that they intend to find the golden castle by trailing Yongbi, noting that he will succeed in his mission because Yongbi will do literally anything for money and goes mad when a large sum of money is involved. When Yongbi reaches land, he immediately sets off for Mt. Gwe-Heung.
