Season 2, Chapter 1: Soh Jinhong finishes a job given to him by the Baekma Valley to the gratitude of the others there. Promptly leaving, after being welcomed to stay in a town he had once visited when he was younger, on his way back he is approached by a young woman asking for direction to the tavern-on-the-fork.
He brings her to the tavern and she offers him a meal as thanks. With the two eating dumplings at the tavern, the young woman asks if a young man worked at the tavern and Chohyang replies that only the delivery chief worked there. Just then, delivery boy Doh Gyeom walks in and is greeted by his younger sister Doh Yeon much to his shock. Alarmed that she had come with no guards, Gyeom notices Jinhong and sizes him up thinking he was hitting on his sister. Yeon then informs Gyeom that Jinhong had helped her and he humorously thanks him with Yeon apologising for Gyeom's behaviour on his behalf. Jinhong then asks if the fatty that had worked at the tavern had quit and Chohyang answers that he quit a year ago, with Yerin clarifying that it had been 8 months and 11 days since Gang Ryong had quit.
