Chu Gaho (추가호, Chugaho), the self-proclaimed Demon King of Hobuk, is a martial artist from the Hobuk province.
Appearance & Personality[]
He is a rugged-looking man with an extremely veiny forehead and chin, and has a distinguishing scar under his right eye. His black hair is tied back into a bun with a hair pin going through it and he wears traditional robes.
He thinks very highly of himself and always boasts about himself but in reality, he is a coward. When confronted by an obviously superior opponent, he would go as low as pretending to be a cripple to avoid a fight.

Volume 2[]
Having set his eyes on Sohee, he followed her into an inn planning to court her. When the innkeeper attempted to stop him from entering, Chu Gaho sent him flying into the inn with a kick and threatened everyone inside, unaware that the inn was full of Black Snake assassins. Then Chu Gaho supposedly attempted to take on the assassins with the Blue Dragon Destroys The Ghosts technique, a move used when fighting against many enemies at once. However, to the shock of everyone, Chu Gaho just disguised himself as a cripple in an attempt to get out of the fight. Then the Black Snake assassins attacked him for his insolence.
Powers & Abilities[]
Chu Gaho appears to be quite weak and didn't dare fight the assassins of the Black Snake.[1] He also carried two staffs linked together by a chain on his back but was never seen using it. Furthermore, he is noted by his men to use the Phantasmal Transformation Art:
- Phantasmal Transformation Art, The 168th Move: Blue Dragon Destroys The Ghosts: Said to be the most powerful move of the Phantasmal Transformation Art which is used when fighting against many enemies at once but it is unknown if this is a true technique as Chu Gaho never actually performed it and instead pretended to be a cripple to avoid clashing with the Black Snakes assassins.[1]
