Dark Wheel, Cosmic Technique is an advanced variation of the Divine Heavenly Destruction technique Dark Wheel Strike.
The user forcibly generates several viciously whorling dark ki vortexes that violently and rapidly absorb and dissipate any ki attacks in the immediate area before encompassing both the user and the opponent within a pitch-black void. Within the void, the victim's perceptions can become warped making their attacks seemingly bend and warp away from the user.
