Lee Serin (이세린, Iselin) is a citizen of the Gangdong Region.

He is a plain man with hair tied into a short spiky ponytail and he wears the standard clothing of the time.

History[]
In the past, Lee Serin was coincidentally taking a stroll near the scene of a murder and was unfortunately accused of being the murderer of Master Seok Yun, the wealthiest man in the Gangdong Region. After three months of running from the law and assassins sent by the Seok family, Lee Serin decided to take his own life but moments after hanging himself, assassins from the Dongju assassin syndicate arrive and cut him down since they were ordered to bring Lee Serin back alive. To his luck, Yongbi arrived in the nick of time and dispatched the assassins. As they traveled together, Yongbi protected him from the remnants of the Dongju and numerous bounty hunters, and eventually turned him in to the authorities for his bounty.[1]
Not long after, the real murderer was caught and Lee Serin was released.

Volume 15[]
Visited by Goo Hwi and Yul Mugi, he told the story of his involvement with Yongbi to them for a price. Goo Hwi then questioned Lee Serin if the latter's bounty had increased (thinking that Lee Serin broken out of jail) in hopes of using Lee Serin as bait for Yongbi but Lee Serin responded that the real murderer was caught and he was released from jail. In addition, Lee Serin revealed that he was visited two other times by people (Hong Ye-Mong and Elder Muk, and Ilgak) in search of information on Yongbi.
