Lightning Flash (섬전초, Seomjeoncho) is the pet sable of the Beggar Sects' Fixer.
Appearance & Personality[]
It is a naked sable since it skinned himself and gave the pelt to the Gold Bug. It is later seen wearing a shirt and cap, and carried a tiny bag.
Lightning Flash is a hostile animal but is often distracted during his missions much to the Fixer's chagrin. During its assassinations, it will observe its target for a moment when it intends to kill them in the most horrific way possible.

Volume 2[]
The Beggars' Sect headquarters sent the Fixer to assassinate the Gold Bug who had been causing problems for some branch members. The Fixer commanded Lightning Flash but due to the Gold Bug's hypnotizing eyes, it skinned itself and offered its pelt to the Gold Bug instead of attacking. The Gold Bug gave Lightning Flash a rice cake stick in return before slipping away as the fixer was scolding his pet.
Volume 3[]
Later, Lightning Flash accompanied the fixer when he was tracking down the Gold Bug but lost his trail in the mountains. After running into Yongbi, the Fixer got the information he wanted through his "mind-reading" ability (but not before giving up his money in exchange) but was too late to catch the Gold Bug who already sailed off in his ship.

Volume 4[]
The sable accompanied the Fixer and Yongbi as they made their way to the Secret Sword School to interrogate the faction's master only to find the inhabitants there dead.
Powers & Abilities[]
The sable is said to move as fast as lightning hence the name,[1] and its fangs secrete poison that is ten times more venomous than an ordinary viper's. Just a graze is enough to kill a huge ox instantly.[2]
