Known only as the Tooth Killer (치아 살인광, Chia Sal-ingwang) this man was a notorious serial killer who first operated in the Hanam region. As his epithet suggests, he was known for taking the front teeth of his victims as trophies.
Appearance & Personality[]
The Tooth Killer was had black hair that was tied back into knot, a thick moustache and goatee, and a unhinged expression on his face. After his encounter with Gang Ryong, his appearance was said to have aged many years and had become like an old man.
He is a psychopath and a deranged serial killer. He also enjoyed killing as he considered the teeth he took from his victims as trophies and his precious memories.

History[]
The Tooth Killer first gained notoriety in the Hanam region but later kept a low profile. Years later, he resurfaced in a location near the Nine Dragon Village and killed Master Hwangbo, a notable figure around those parts, along with all thirty of his household even though they saved his life after they found him lying injured on the ground.
Plot[]
Season 2 Intro[]
With heavy rainfall encompassing the area, the Tooth Killer, either posing or actually working as a government official, chanced upon a worn-down shack and encountered Gang Ryong inside. Conversing with Gang and letting him know about a murderer on the loose, he then left. He soon returned, having left a personal small pouch behind, and asked Gang if they had looked inside. Noting the person's expression, he shared the name of the murderer, the "Tooth Killer" as well as the murderer's modus operandi before revealing that he was that man. He tried to threaten Gang Ryong but the young man told to turn himself in and pay for his crimes. As the Tooth Killer stared at Ryong incredulously, he got ready to kill him.
Later at the tavern-on-the-fork, the news of the Tooth Killer's capture and incarceration was talked about, with the manner that the Tooth Killer was found being likened to Wang Ahk's capture.
