Yeop Pae, the Sky Blast Star (
Appearance & Personality[]
He was a tall intimidating looking man with a noticeably long neck, a bald head, a thick upper lip and small eyes holding a disconcertingly piercing gaze. Yeop Pae wore a dark cloak with a large collar, which concealed his entire body.
Yeop Pae seemed to be a somewhat odd individual, such as balancing upside-down from tree branches like a bat. It also appeared that he had a sense of camaraderie as the slayers were noted to want to avenge their fallen comrades Ze Wungang and Nameless.[1]

Some time in the past, he became a member of the Revived Heavenly Destruction Sect and underwent the Grand Soul Possession Technique. He survived and successfully inherited the martial arts of an archfiend of the past, becoming one of the six Sky Stars of the Seven Slayers of the Sky Gorge.[2]
Plot[]
Revived Heavenly Destruction Sect[]
Having been allowed to wreak havoc, Yeop Pae travelled to the Hewang Sect's base where he devastated the faction.
Some time afterwards, he and Gwak Sojong headed to Yellow Dragon Mountain to find the Heavenly Destroyer's disciple and see whether his strength was as good as they had heard. However, before they could arrive at the tavern-on-the-fork, they were intercepted by a messenger from the Revived Heavenly Destruction Sect who told them that Hwan Sa had forbid anyone from going near the tavern-on-the-fork.
When Sage Forest elders Goo Hwi and Yongbi visited the Revived Heavenly Destruction Sect, Yeop Pae, along with fellow slayers Du Chun and Hwang Zu accompanied their superiors as they had a meeting with the elders. After the two elders negotiated that the conflict of the Revived Heavenly Destruction Sect and the Murim be resolved with a duel between champions, he and the others watched them leave.
Chosen as one of the champions for the duel between the Revived Heavenly Destruction Sect and the Sage Forest, Yeop Pae was stationed at the North entry point to the Sky Gorge Mountain. Doh Gyeom later arrived there and they both introduced themselves before clashing. The arduous fight became a brutal slugfest and Gyeom came out on top. Lying on the ground, Yeop Pae had a short chat about Gyeom's incredible endurance before passing away.
Powers & Abilities[]
Yeop Pae was an extremely powerful gosu considering his status as one of Hyeol Bi's Seven Slayers. He was able to effortlessly eradicate the Hewang Sect.[3]
He wielded a double-headed meteor hammer with spiked balls on each end of the chain. Yeop Pae was exceptionally skilled with this weapon being able to expertly strike his enemies at any angle from range and to block attacks. There was also a surprisingly high amount of weight behind his strikes which were capable of knocking down his target and creating a crater even when blocked.
