Yook Socheon (육소천, Yugsocheon) was a simple yet skilled fisherman and the older brother of Yook Somyung.
Appearance & Personality[]
He was a chubby man with his messy black hair tied into a short ponytail, a fine moustache and a stubble on his chin. He also wore the standard attire of the time.
Yook Socheon was simple minded but innocent and very loyal to his boss. In addition, he was said to be a great fisherman.

Yook Socheon was born premature eight months, causing him to be simple-minded. When he lost his parents, he went from town to town begging for food with his baby brother, Yook Somyung, on his back. His brother grew up and came to detest him, and often beaten him. Yook Somyung was eventually arrested for murder and Yook Socheon never saw his younger brother again.[1]
At some point in his life, he met the boss of a group of criminals and became a member of their group by name. One day, his boss was captured by martial artists after getting into a drunken brawl and Yook Socheon was imprisoned by monks from the Bogwang Temple, a branch of of the Shaolin Temple, because his boss stole their scrolls and gave it to him to hide. The monks tortured him to find out where he hid the scrolls but he wouldn't divulge the location.[2][3]

Yongbi the Invincible - A Side Story[]
Volume 1[]
Yook Socheon was rescued from the jail by Yongbi. Later with some of the remaining bandits searching for "Myo Daehyub" (Yongbi's disguise), they returned to the place where Yook Socheon was sleeping and try unsuccessfully to get him to leave with them. However, when things turned violent, Yongbi made his presence known before Biryong leapt in and took out the bandits.
Later, Yongbi retrieved an imprisoned man, who was Yook Socheon's boss. After he happily reunited with his boss, Yook Socheon retrieved the man's treasure, returning the stolen Holy Sutras. He then joyfully hugged his boss before saying goodbye to him.
With the Grand General commissioning the Secret Sword School to kill Yongbi, the surviving family members of the Black Lancer members were also hunted dhown. Yook Socheon was gruesomely slaughtered by assassins of the Secret Sword in such a way that his internal organs were all ripped apart. Yongbi would avenge his death moments later however.
