This unnamed character, commonly referred to as Young Lady, is a member of the Cheonwoong Faction.
Appearance & Personality[]
She is a young woman with long black hair tied into a loose low ponytail. Her hair also covers her eyes at all times and she wore a simple robe during the journey in the Muhae Valley. In addition, as a user of the Drunken Fist Style, she carried around a jar of wine.
She doesn't speak much to anyone besides Hyeon Jae-Yang but Ilgak's antics often makes her display her emotions (usually anger and annoyance). She seem to have admired Sanggwan Chaek as she watched him train when they were children and called him "brother". In the Golden Castle, she also went looking for Sanggwan Chaek out of concern despite Hyeon Jae-Yang warning her to stay put because of the dangers.[1]

Plot[]
Yongbi the Invincible[]
Volume 6[]
Accompanying Hyeon Jae-Yang, they were seen making their way to the Muhae Valley. As Yongbi's group traveled there as well, they encountered them. The old man flicked Yongbi a single nyang for a ride and Yongbi refused. However, Yongbi changed his mind and allowed them to accompany him after being given a large sum of money.
Volume 7[]
She and Hyeon Jae-Yang continued accompanying Yongbi's party when they entered and journeyed through the Muhae Valley.
Volume 8[]
As an earthquake in the Muhae Valley started breaking up the ground beneath them, they abandoned the cart and ran for safety among the trees. As Sohsoh's group waited out the earthquake, Sohsoh noticed a signal from the Red Bloods and wandered off. Hyeon Jae-Yang wandered off as well, using exhaustion as an excuse. Ilgak removed his pants to go to the bathroom and unwittingly exposed his buttocks to the Young Lady. She angrily smashed her jar of wine over his head, stomped him in the buttocks, and started digging a hole to bury him in.
Volume 9[]
Hyeon Jae-Yan eventually returned and met up with her, informing her that they needed to go find Sanggwan Chaek. As the young lady left, she discovered that the monk she buried was still alive and then ran off thinking he was a ghost.
Volume 10[]
Meanwhile, Hyeon Jae-Yang and the Young Lady's trek were delayed due to the madmen they encounter. The young lady easily dealt with them but got tired, to which Hyeon Jae-Yang displayed his disappointment in passing down his Drunken Fist Style to someone who couldn't hold their liquor. Hyeon Jae-Yang told her to rest while he go deal with the enemies. Suddenly, three dead warriors coming flying out of the fog and out came two Cheonwoong Faction members, Jin Paechu and Ga Mugwang. Sitting down, Jin Paechu divulged the results of his investigation to Hyeon Jae-Yang and the latter came to the conclusion that Sanggwan Chaek was working with the demonists.
Volume 11[]
After finishing their conversation, Hyeon Jae-Yang ordered the faction members to return to their headquarters while he hurried off with the Young Lady following in tow.
Later underground, Hyeon Jae-Yang and the Young Lady reached near the core of the Muhae Valley. Suddenly a wall nearby exploded and out came Goo Hwi. The Heaven Ravager King and Hyeon Jae-Yang expressed surprise at seeing the other in the Muhae Valley and then conversed with clear animosity towards each other. After talking a bit about the events at the Hweyang villa, Hyeon Jae-Yang and the Young Lady left to continue looking for Sanggwan Chaek. As they traveled through the underground passages, Hyeon Jae-Yang told her about the rumours of a monster that protected the Muhae Valley, adding that it was just most likely Go Hyeop, a grand villain who went missing in the valley fifty years ago. Then Goo Hwi joined up with them since he was heading in the same direction.
Volume 12[]
Eventually, they ran into Cruel Moon Archdemon and his subordinates. As Goo Hwi prepared to clash with the Prelate, she asked Hyeong Jae-Yang if Goo Hwi could win. In the ensuing battle, Goo Hwi fought and killed Cruel Moon Archdemon, resulting in the death of the other demonists as well. Hyeon Jae-Yang examined the unconscious Goo Hwi and wondered how the latter was resisting the effects of the Demonic Technique's poison. The elderly man guessed that Goo Hwi either learned an incredibly powerful reflective ki barrier technique or received help from someone whose medical arts had reached the level of a sage. He then ordered the Young Lady to evacuate Goo Hwi while he goes deal with a different matter, and she carried him off.
Volume 13[]
She brought Goo Hwi near the entrance of the Golden Castle, and Hyeon Jae-Yang caught up soon after, asking her about his condition. Hyeong Jae-Yang then crossed a bridge heading to the castle but not before telling the Young Lady that she could follow if she's brave enough. At the other side of the bridge, Hyeon Jae-Yang looked at all the corpses and noted that their greed led them to their deaths. Additionally, he caught a glimpse of a figure in a tunnel above him. Suddenly, a blood curdling scream startled him and the Young Lady, in a panic, pointed him to body of a monk among the corpses. Hyeon Jae-Yang determined that the monk was Ilgak and wondered how someone as skilled as Ilgak could die there. In return for saving Gwan's life, they decided to give the monk a proper funeral. As they cremate the body, Ilgak suddenly came back to life and he later revealed that he faked his death using a secret technique he invented. In a conversation, Ilgak further revealed that he fought against the Lightning God's Blue Dragon Sword, and alluded that the person wielding it might be someone Hyeon Jae-Yang knew. At that, Hyeon Jae-Yang told the Young Lady to stay behind and then entered the rock pillar the Golden Castle was perched on.
Volume 14[]
In his fight with Sanggwan Chaek, Hyeon Jae-Yang accidently killed his disciple and the sword's spectre took over his body. The possessed "Sanggwan Chaek" started attacking Hyeon Jae-Yang again. Suddenly, she entered the room in search of Sanggwan Chaek, causing the latter to target her. Sanggwan Chaek rushed over to stab the Young Lady but Hyeon Jae-Yang intervened; blocking the attack with a ball of ki in time. When the young lady expressed concern for Chaek, Hyeon Jae-Yang informed her that the young man was dead and that the Lightning God's Blue Dragon Sword's spectre was controlling the body. Even at eight tenths of its full power, Hyeon Jae-Yang's Black Celestial Technique was no match for the godly sword and it was able to penetrate through and stab him. Then Hyeon Jae-Yang commanded the Young Lady to run away and unleashed his Grand Divine Celestial Destruction Technique which dealt fatal blows to Sanggwan Chaek and nearly destroyed the Golden Castle. Outside, Ilgak noted that the Golden Castle would have been smashed to smithereens if Hyeon Jae-Yang used his ultimate technique at full power and wondered if he held back out of consideration for his favorite disciple. Ilgak found Hyeon Jae-Yang among the rubble and corrected his distorted ki flow but was unable to do more for his severe internal injuries. Then they shockingly watch Sanggwan Chaek's possessed body rise up from the rubble nearby with his grievous wounds healing.
Ilgak received significant damage in an attempt to the deflect the blows from the Lightning God's Blue Dragon Sword. Then Ilgak tried to feign death with his secret technique but the Young Lady stomped him multiple times in the face for trying to only save himself. As the Young Lady continued punishing Ilgak, Hyeon Jae-Yang expressed regret for withdrawing his ki halfway through his ultimate technique out of love for his disciple. As Sanggwan Chaek's possessed body approaches the trio, Yongbi arrives. During Yongbi's titanic clash with the godly sword, Ilgak implored Hyeon Jae-Yang and her to leave immediately but she was reluctant to.
Volume 15[]
After Yongbi defeated the godly sword and sent it into the depths below, an eruption was trigged in the volcano they were in. Ilgak, Hyeon Jae-Yang, and the Young Lady tried to evacuate by crossing the suspension bridge but tremors in the volcano made it difficult. Suddenly, Biryong galloped past them going in the opposite direction and then they encounter Goo Hwi who was about to pursue the horse. They had a short conversation and Ilgak eventually convinced Goo Hwi to carry Hyeon Jae-Yang out much to the latter's chagrin. They eventually found their way out of the volcano and rushed to get as far away as possible.
Powers and Abilities[]

Drunken Fist Style: She inherited the Drunken Fist Style from Hyeon Jae-Yang but gets tired easily and can't hold her liquor, much to the latter's chagrin. This Young Lady does possess great physical strength however, being able carry a giant man like Goo Hwi without issue and kill her enemies with a single kick.[3][4]
