Yongbi the Invincible[]
Volume 4[]
He was seen accompanying Hong Ye-Mong when they discovered the corpses of Hyeok-Rin and another agent strung across two trees at the outskirts of a village. Then as the Red Bloods inspected the corpses of their two dead agents, Elder Muk, a senior officer, noted that the extreme decay of the corpses were no doubt the work of a Demonic Technique. After finding out that Hong Ye-Mong went to confront their enemies by herself, Elder Muk ordered Commander Zhang Cheolhwan to break their web of pursuit and have the agents surround the village.
Meanwhile as Hong Ye-Mong clashed with Cruel Moon Archdemon's clone inside the village, she used the Heavenly Wind Fan, one of the Red Blood's deadliest techniques. Zhang Cheolhwan recognized the technique from faraway and ordered the Red Bloods to retreat and get out of its range. In the aftermath, he watched in awe of Hong Ye-Mong's power and then gave orders to maintain their line of siege and to check if there were any squads that have yet to arrive.
After Hong Ye-Mong realized that the opponent she was fighting was just a clone, she ordered to have every agent deployed in the web of pursuit to close in on the village. However, Zhang Cheolhwan fearfully revealed to her that the web of pursuit was disbanded and that the agents were already gathered at the village. Elder Muk then forced commander Zhang to take the blame for those orders, and gave him a beating. Unable to determine the locations of the Asura Blood Sect members, Hong Ye-Mong ordered the Red Bloods to withdraw, and to investigate the disappearance of the squad led by Woo Goldae. Then Hong Ye-Mong came to a revelation and questioned commander Zhang on the location of Yongbi and after he told her that Yongbi was at the Cheonwoong Faction's Hweyang villa, Hong Ye-Mong expressed worry as it was one of the potential locations the Asura Blood Sect members could be heading to.
Hong Ye-Mong then ordered Zhang Cheolhwan to send word to Mi-Ryeong and Hwan-Ryeong and tell them to extract Yongbi.
Powers and Abilities[]
It is assumed he's proficient with the sword since he is seen carrying one. Zhang Cheolhwan was never seen fighting in the series but as a commander in the Red Bloods, it is assumed he is a cut above the already elite agents of the organization.
Quotes[]
